What was the judge in Baton Rouge's life expectancy if he didn't declare those kids eligible?

Now let’s see if Sankey imposes the transfer policy he told Mitchell he was going to strictly enforce. My bet is he folds and Kentucky will be the only school to lose out on one of these players.
Edit: It already happened. The Louisiana Judge put in that Sankey can not punish LSU for breaking the transfer rule.
Why is UK always the one to get screwed?

Texas vs LSU Nov. 14 in Baton Rouge could be one for the ages. If it’s at night, the fights in the stands…. cajuns and Cowboys oh boy.

No. Classes have started. That’s why he did what he did so quickly. I knew we would be the only school to lose out.
On the other hand if he’s still enrolled at UK. Possibly.
This is hilarious. Kentucky needs to stop being so weak when it comes to this stuff. That's exactly why I said I hope LSU wins the national championship. They deserve to. See what they do to win? Sports is about winning. Period.

It wasn’t UKs decision. Mitchell decided to go back to Mizzou after his lawyer met with Sankey to plead his case. Sankey must have made it clear he was going to fight him to the end over this portal entry date. Scared Mitchell. UK didn’t back down.

I believe that this is what really happened. Mitchell didn't want to risk it.

UK didn't back Mitchell the way LSU is backing their players. We haven't heard anything. Was probably smart of Mitchell to go back to Missouri.

Louisiana and Texas have the most corrupted state courts in the country, by far. Good ol' boys system down there. It's been like that forever and has never changed.

He’s up for reelection in November too if I heard correctly.
This right here is what guaranteed a ruling in LSU’s favor. No Louisiana politician would dare take an anti-LSU football stance during election season.

These college sports rulings have performed one valuable service, they’ve helped expose just what a corrupt farce our judicial system has become.
