There all local judges getting their palms greased somehow.I agree they are pathetic human beings for accepting this. That’s why I literally vote no on retaining all judges in the ballot every November.
Common sense isn’t very common anymore.
My biggest fear is the conferences breaking from the NCAA. If you think it’s the Wild West now wait until the true free for all ensues. CFB is dead if it doesn’t have a third party entity to regulate it.

Ya dipshits on here think that the BIG or SEC splitting from the NCAA is going to cure this? They are just fooling themselves.
The NCAA will lose every court case until there is some sort of collective bargaining .

There’s all kinds of ads running with Saban asking people to support the proposed legislation in Congress. That’s the only thing that can stop these ridiculous court rulings
I always marvel at the ideas to correct all of this. The NCAA is not an independent body, they are school members. So when people say the NCAA needs to change, they are talking about individual members who have not agreed on anything as we can see by one court ruling after another. Judges have become activists in our day. What should really concern everyone is just how quickly the sports scene can change, what other aspect of your life is next?
Those judges think they’re the 3rd party regulating it. That’s the problem.
The NCAA gets to dictate the rules of its sports. The Conferences get to dictate the rules of their conference within the rules of the NCAA. I don’t get why people need to interfere with that.

NCAA is lawless...this is why judges are ruling against it at every turn. A union should have been formed 10 years ago...salaries should have been provided to players, a cap, eligibility rules built based on contracts. But that would have cut into program, coach, ad profits. They needed to pay players a standard salary based on a limited cap and player value to the team just like other sports. But greed kept them from paying their labor and now the consequences have come home.
