If that ain't a buddy system for Lebby and Loadholt - I don't know what is.

Our total coaching budget is a shade over $10 million. That's what a good SEC HC costs.

We have contingency clauses in all contracts. You can believe that if we make a move a coach or three would be retained.
All of our contracts contingency based now

Pretty similar to Kentucky except we are paying our head coach a little less but more to some assistants. Also we aren't having to pay 1-2 million for an offensive coordinator. After this year, they will all get a nice bump.

Jesus. Loadholt is only overpaid approximately $670,000.

I want to be a Lebby fan..I want to believe…but when I see what Loadholt is paid and how utterly pathetic our O line was and I’m confident it will be terrible again this year I say if we don’t win fire him. It’s on him who he hires and keeps. He kept Hutzler a year too long and now Loadholt

Assistant Coach salaries are outta hand. 10 years ago several of the on the field assistants were 100K.

Prime is averaging $10-12 million every year at Colorado. If he doesn't have a decent year this year, his seat will be warming a bit.
