The 7'3 player is massive and slow. Whoever she is guarding needs to run the floor hard and she will have untold easy assists on the get ahead pass.

The 6'7 gal plays for the Wings and isn't very athletic either. I think CC has blocked her shot before.

Han Xu (sp?) is the 6'10 player who's with the Liberty. She's got some skill but she shouldn't be a difference maker.

It's a lot of size on paper but the 6'7 and 6'10 women don't even start in the W. I think the 7'3 gal is only a teenager. So I don't think it's going to be too much of an issue.
Agree. I think the 6'10 one plays for the Liberty? Minimal impact. Just crazy to see it on paper and will be funny to see it on the court. Hadn't heard of the 7'3 player. I'm sure she's very slow and not all that coordinated.

Also deny the pass into her in the post.
True, but she's 7'3" but you can front her and force her to catch the ball off balance. Stewie, Boston, Reese, and Kiki will have some work to do in the paint. I'd expect they'll start Han Xu the girl that played with Stewie on the Liberty. She's a decent player. Other then Reese all of our bigs can score from different spots on the floor. It will be interesting to see what kind of international whistle we get with their bigs coming over the top and displacing.

FIBA games have typically been quite a bit more physical than WNBA games as the refs let a lot of stuff go, so it's always an adjustment for the players to get into that mindset.

True. I think the big teenager is the only one of their bigs that's going to be physical . Han isn't really physical and the other gal is a role player. We'll certainly need to play our game. I do think their bigs will have a hard time dealing with the overall game of Stewie, Boston and Phee..
Keep in mind it is a slightly smaller (length and width) court that they will be playing on.
How much shorter then 94ft? I guess CC22, (er CC 12) will be shooting from half court....

Not much shorter, I want to say 2-3 feet and a little narrower...and the shorter 3PT line can throw off spacing sometimes as well. Just little things they have to think about and deal with...and the ball is different as well.

So you're saying Clark's 3s will come from an average of 9 feet beyond the arc during this tournament instead of "only" 6 during the WNBA season?

Time for CC22 get the ball and run offense. She'll be at mid court when were attacking the rim.
She keeps the ball up high in the post. Going to be very difficult to guard in there. She has decent moves for someone that big and tall. Going to be interesting watching Angel trying to get position on her.

Here is video of the tallest one. Slow as mud.

Around the basket, she stands flat-footed, but she can pivot and hit that little floater or bank shot, even as slow as she is.
