So, Levi over Kennedy and Marcus over DeSanto...........

In other words, business as usual.

Im guessing Levi teched the German Wolf Stas David and Basch's website is wrong.

It also had Caliendo over Green which I did watch but still I was confused because of the tournament layout.

Yeah way too many people made a big deal out of that. I am a huge Mitchell fan and I can honestly say I would not have shook his hand on the podium either. He already shook his hand on the mat. Mitchell went a little over board in my eyes on that one.
Completely disagree. Caliendo was frustrated by getting his butt whipped yet again by Mesenbrink and snubbing the handshake was a classless move. People also tend to minimize the elbow that Caliendo threw at Mitchell's head in the finals the year prior. It's understandable that Caliendo was frustrated, but the way he handled that frustration was less than exemplary.

Mitchell went overboard? See that's the narrative non-PSU fans want to push. I 100% am understanding and think it says nothing bad about Caliendo he didn't want to shake his hand.

But somehow Mitchell is supposed to be the bad guy? It's amazing what the mental gymnastics people can do is. Mitchell genuinely wanted to shake everyone's hand, he said it's a big thing in freestyle. He saw Caliendo wasn't interested and immediately moved on without making a scene.

I guess my opinion is mental gymnastics lol. I never said Mitchell was the bad guy. He is without a doubt my favorite PSU wrestler ever. I just think he went over board on that one. Sorry for having an opinion lmfao.

He didn't say you weren't entitled to your opinion. You most certainly are, just as McScoreley is entitled to express his opinion that most people need some mental gymnastics to arrive at a conclusion similar to yours.

It's a non-issue being made into an issue. I don't think Mitchell or Caliendo did anything wrong that needs to be admonished, so, I agree with you.

2025 World Team Trials. Blaze won 5-1.
I remember that one also… Marcus rolled him for a four point move while they were heading out of bounds.

I don’t know if they’ve ever met in folkstyle.

That was a beautiful technique by Zain to switch hands on the single and pull his opponent's hips over to a leg lace. Hopefully Brandon Sorenson, who is coaching the HWC guys at this tournament, didn't see Zain's pin as that was exactly how Zain pinned him at the NCAA tournament : ) Not seeing the pin may have spared Brandon a painful flashback!
