It was wishful thinking. It isn’t because I like the Mountaineers better than the Lions, but KM is my gauge. Seems like we’ve had about the same level of success/or lack of it, against Shelby. Felt like if they could beat you in the season opener we might have a chance too.
About the fruit basket, at first glance I thought you said Fruit of the Looms, course, maybe you did.

We need a anonymous AD to come one here and explain the economics of that decision. Most late August days we will have a chance greater than 50% of weather. I assume you lose money moving it to a Thursday, unless you are the only show in town that day. In that case you may make up ticket sales with guys like us that just like to watch football. Last Thursday at SC, we had a huge crowd with several other program's fans and players in attendance. Too bad that gate went to Forestview since we were hosting their home game.

I'm no AD, but we had a great crowd tonight at Memorial Stadium. North Lincoln traveled very well. I cant imagine a much bigger gatr tomorrow night.🤷🏼 This is no scientific posing, tho.

Wolves still have room to Improve on the penalties… It was better than last week…. But is getting better

We haven’t Gave up an Offensive TD yet.

Wolves defense has forced 11 turnovers in 2 games.
The fastest/ Biggest defense I’ve seen in a long time at Lincolnton

We welcome cherryville next week. Since we play cherryville next….. I guess I’ll ride up to Blacks Grill and get that Lotta Burger or shake shop next week sometime ….. If I can catch shake shop open lol

Maiden figures out QB situation they will be fine. They have the tools to win. Maiden will make a playoff run. They returned 5 All Conference players on defense from last season. Defense is great.

NL has 28 seniors. It’s hard to tell honestly. I think NL 2-4 win team. They got the numbers. Just pretty solid conference.

The Wolves haven’t given up an Offensive TD this whole season. We Didn’t give up an Offensive TD during our scrimmages against South Point Or East Lincoln. South Point scored 1 time in the 10 & 10 play series. They scored on the 10th play. But it was haunted by illegal chop block on 2nd level defender lol

We are dang good football team.

Biggest/Fastest Lincolnton team I’ve seen in a long time at Lincolnton. With great depth.

We Ruturned 8 All conference players from last season.
3 All state players

Licolnton cant play grass basketball and expect to beat Gaston county teams in a real game. We run the ball here none of that passing stuff

NL don’t have much coming either JV team was terrible….

but in future time. Lincolnton’s enrollment numbers are dropping every year. Even though they are building homes. The Numbers have dropped even more. We are around 750ish

NL is closing in on 1200 kids and growing. If we continue to play them. It will eventually be hard to beat them in 5 years or so. They could eventually dominant teams in lower classifications. Just off of numbers. They get up around 1300 plus kids. Lincolnton/ WL stay our 700/800 student range. It could make a difference down the road

like I said they have 28 seniors this year.

Agreed. And we will figure it out. We could move the ball, just couldn't score and had way too many turnovers.

Bushleague, respectfully, not sure Lincolnton has 28 seniors. the roster on MaxPreps only shows 15 seniors along with 16 juniors ( it wouldn’t surprise me if the MaxPreps roster is incomplete).

14 attempts doesn't include the pass plays called that the QB scrambled instead. He's a heck of a runner though!
