I love the foul language of the drunks in front of my grandkids and the betting changing the outcomes and also the fights of the drunks in the stands. Reminds me of the NFL
Selling alcohol in stadiums to people who have been drinking for hours before entering the stadium is a horrible idea.
True- but I've heard that for years and years at Gamecock games- football especially.
I don't drink at all- not even a little. Never have. So I'd be fine with it if it was not available at the stadium (I never thought offering it was a good idea) but those days are long gone. It wouldn't stop the drunks anyway - never has.

The drinking is part of what is driving me away. And that is coming from someone that would put down 8-12 before a game. I atleast could handle it and act normal. Now it has gotten extremely obnoxious and dangerous. Fella at the front of my row wanted to fight me for not saying excuse me one day. Yeah my bad for not having proper manners at that time, but to bow up at me with his son when I had my younger son is a bit much. I work out and box so I can easily accept a challenge at any time.
Maybe they are hoping fans come into the stadium drunk enough to pay $13 for a beer.
Went to a concert in Charlotte, can of Modelo was $20. It was a big can, however🫤
Then I guess they'd have to be REALLY drunk to pay $13 for one.
