And yeah, I agree with the use of neutral being a bit much seeing that it's still in Columbus, but, that's what they're going with.

The odds of availability during that 1st or 2nd weekend in March could be an issue for sites that have professional sports teams, particularly those having both a professional basketball and hockey team to accommodate.And how many are available and want to host the event.
