I appreciate your opinion but this is the sort of thing that has to happen to defend against the cult that is continuing to push this mental illness on the rest of us and our female family members and children.

IMO that's where this has been headed from the beginning. My guess is he's waiting for formal notification from the WNBA before filing. The WNBA wants nothing to do with a lawsuit. They might have to (gasp!) define what a woman is.
