So comical what some of these Texas schools have facilities and all compared to NJ schools . I’m ignorant to the numbers but I’d make a strong guess that NJ schools are funded at a much higher rate per student than most other states , and probably by a wide margin for some.

but where does our money go ?
I live in a Bergen county town with some of the highest property taxes in the state . And the athletics “facilities” at all levels and all schools are horrificly outdated and not even plentiful enough for the student population. High school teams spread out across town to fit practices in. The gym looks stuck in 1950s.
How much of suburban taxes are redirected to urban districts ? How’s that going. Is all of that money even making it to them.
