i haven't but why is that suprising...google says manhattan is one sixth the size with about same population. granted skyscrapers but there's far less land
Their neighbors all built giant fences to keep them out of their countries for obvious reasons. Israel is the one that is forced to interact with them due to immediate proximity. Poor Israel...
I think OP is referring to the fact that most of the buildings are rubble.
The buildings in Gaza are not quite as tall as new york but a not small number of people also live in weird dug cave/tunnel systems underneath the buildings they have. Pretty much every hospital there has several layers of military tunnels below that shelter personnel and equipment.
Yes, there are a few spots that look unscathed but like 90% is flattened.

That attack was terrible and has long lasting ramifications, no doubt.
Killing over 70,000 people and razing vast areas of housing and infrastructure have insured that the next generations of Israel’s neighbors will hate them with red hot intensity.

That red hot intensity was already there and being taught to the young. The attack on October 7th wasn't because the people of Gaza were only mildly upset. When the Palestinian goal is to exterminate all the Jews, then there's not going to be an endpoint until one side has to give up. There is a difference, if the Palestinians give up, they will be allowed to live by the Jews. If the Jews give up, they will all be killed by the Palestinians.

That being said, the region would be alot more peaceful if countries would stop attacking Israel.
