Everything he said was directed at BC. Don’t you think? If Lonergan is the starter they know exactly how to prepare anyway (and the starter will be known with plenty of time since we play UMass first). If it’s Surace, obviously right now he’d want BC thinking the prep should be the same as the guy they already know how to prepare for.

Greg isn’t worried about UMass and he’s not anticipating BC being an easy road game even if we think it should be. From this perspective, by the time we get to USC and beyond there will be plenty of film available for opponents to use for prep. When Greg gives any info - there’s a purpose. Seems obvious that was the purpose of saying he’s going to share the QB info but not other spots. Everything Greg says is intentional.
