I can’t believe Shamsipour got decked and won’t medal. Huge blow to Iran in the team race
I thought Japan might have a chance against him without gassing but never thought he's lose to KAZ
KGZ vs UZB has had blood time and multiple challenges after the mat was flying by to get to Mastny and whenever the bald guy is running the challenge replay we get backups as he plays with the technology which slows everything to a crawl.
Mastny finally up. That match took forever! I think 5 matches happened on mat A during that time
You can tell Mastny is still in high school. He just doesn’t have the horsepower needed at these upper weights quite yet. He hit a beautiful shot and and just got stopped dead underneath. He looks like the better guy though

He looks pretty slick and good with his positioning. The biggest question will be strength at the next level.

Iran lost another one. 57 goes down 12-6.
Ogawa is really good but once he got a lead he completely shut it down and did nothing for the last 4 minutes of the match. His movement and defense is exceptional though. He beats Rupesh 4-2

Americans are known for pace and I thought Burton didn't do much but he was so heavy on the head of the Georgian the entire match, he still gassed him badly.
