YESTERDAY A CLIENT SENT INA PURCHASE ORDER AND I WORKED ON IT FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN WHEN I WAS WRAPPING IT UP THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED BC WE TOOK TOO LONG. I BILLED THEM $250 FOR DESIGN TIME AND NOW I HAVE TO HAVE A MEETING BC THE CLIENT IS NOT HAPPY

Every time I go in Dollar General there is half a person working and they are stocking, inventorying, and running the register. I always feel like an ashol after I go find them to tell them I'm ready. I wait around for 5 or so minutes first.
