But not stupid enough to vote for allowing millions of unvetted immigrants, including thousands of child sex and slave traffickers, to enter the country.
Whatever helps you sleep at night. It must be liberating going through life thinking you’re not a knuckle dragging dipshit who fell for Trump’s nonsense.

Buddy, I’m not excusing Biden’s failures. You see me in any thread “but but but’ing” anytime someone ***** on Biden?

Biden can eat a bag of dicks for all his failures. I voted for him bc he wasn’t Trump, and I’m not a stupid mark who thought a Trump second term would end up any differently than what’s happening now.

you can what about Biden all you want, and he deserves every bit of his critiques, but at least I can rest easy knowing I wasn’t so stupid as to think that Trump would do anything differently than what he’s doing now - especially since he got rid of the grown ups and replaced them with sycophants and reality tv stars.

Right, you can rest easy knowing you voted for mass child/women sex and slave trafficking, which the Trump admin is working to clean up.

I think many would argue with your characterization but this in no way compares to voting for Trump in 2024 after you knew about the the Big Lie, the Insurrection, Stormy, the horrible covid mis-management, the stolen Top Secret documents, "find me 11,780 votes", multiple fake electors and his vow to free all the cop beaters from J6. What you're claiming Joe did was unforeseen and happened AFTER he was elected and we didn't make that mistake a second time.

These things are not the same.

Biden said in the 2020 primary campaign that immigrants should surge to the border, so it was all predictable to intelligent people.

What is the big lie you are referring to?

The context was about having more capacity for asylum seekers but he also said he'd surge immigration judges to the border to make decisions immediately so no one would be jailed while waiting for a hearing. You're making this comment with 20/20 hindsight but at the time no one could have foreseen what happened after he was elected.

What is the big lie you are referring to?
You're kidding right?

Keep spinning those wheels, bud. Your selective outrage is adorable. Then again if I were dumb enough to have voted for Trump (likely multiple times) I’d be doing everything in my power to deflect from the embarrassing truth of being a mouth breathing rube, as well.

MAGAs have a fetish for being duped because, for the most part, they’re all very stupid people.
There's a reason Candace Owens is still a thing. She's become a poor man's Alex Jones apparently with her latest thing being that 10/7 was an inside job by Israel. Imagine being this stupid and nuts.

LOL, yeah man sure, the 51 agents who said the laptop story had "the classic earmarks of Russian misinformation" was devastating, even though there was nothing on the laptop that implicated Joe in any crimes, which was the whole reason MAGA wanted the contents of Hunter's private laptop shared with the public in the first place. And yet we still heard all about it anyway. Bottom line, that had nothing in common with the actual Big Lie.

Then why did Morrell admit he wrote the letter because he wanted Biden to win?

they are mad because they mis-timed their october surprise and it didn't work

they try to portray the letter that was written as some kind of govt/admin, deep state conspiracy.

but NONE of the signees, nor joe biden or hunter biden had ANY active role in the federal govt at the time. it was a letter written and signed by a group of private citizens.

Why would it matter either way? The reason MAGA wanted the contents shared was to damage Biden and keep him from being elected, even though there was nothing on it that implicated him in any crimes. It would have been a travesty if he lost because of the innuendo.

What was said or done about it publicly or privately was irrelevant because there was nothing about Joe on it that mattered.

You're running out of straws to grasp.

Obviously Morrell and the others, knowing what was in the laptop, thought it would hurt Joe or they would not have concocted the letter that allowed Joe to lie in the debate and say the laptop was a Russian plant.

Your selective memory has failed you once again. Maybe you should do what Joe would do and take the rest of the week off.

We all heard about the contents of the laptop anyway and saw that it was irrelevant as far as Joe was concerned. Who cares what Morell saw or said, are you suggesting that pictures of Hunter doing hookers and blow should have sank his father? 81 million people disagreed and strongly felt that Trump was worse - because he was.

so with all this back and forth did you all decide who was the biggest rube??

of course republicans wanted the contents released to damage Biden's campaign...

of course the former intelligence officials who signed the letter signed it to help Biden's campaign..

welcome to politics

I'm saying they went to a lot of trouble to concoct a lie and coverup, meaning they knew it would hurt Joe.

Eg, it had pictures of Joe with Hunter's "business" partners, showing that Joe's constant claim that he knew nothing about Hunter's influence-peddling business was a lie. Somewhere in your selective memory you already knew this.

how do you know the offiicals knew it was not russian intelligence? has that been established?

i think it's entirely possible that they genuinely thought it was.

in hindsight...you can say they reacted too quickly...you can say they were ulitmately proved wrong.

but how can you say that they knew they were lying when they said the laptop appeared to be russian intelligence misinformation.

I mean, the officials never said it was Russian intelligence. They literally said it had all the earmarks of traditional Russian intelligence ops. That somehow evolved into American agents said the laptop was Russian intel

it's all part of their quest to find some way that trump was cheated in 2020, instead of facing the reality that he just lost

Because the FBI had the laptop for a year prior and did not make any such claim.

AI summary:
  • December 2019: The FBI seized the physical laptop and a hard drive during an ongoing investigation. [1, 2, 3]
  • Late 2019/2020: Internal FBI assessments quickly concluded the laptop was genuine and had not been tampered with, though this verification was not publicly disclosed by the bureau prior to the November 2020 presidential election (detailed in congressional findings summarized by the House Judiciary Committee Republicans). [1, 2, 3]
  • October 2020: The contents of the laptop became public knowledge following a report by the New York Post. [1, 2]

were there people who signed the letter that were part of the FBI and had access to the laptop in 2020?

again - the people who signed the letter were FORMER GOVT OFFICIALS. they were not, as far as I know, active FBI agents who would have had access to the laptop/analysis

they were private citizens reacting to NY post reporting during election season.
