next year due to the recent court ruling regarding eligibility. Any chance we can get anyone back? You have to went undrafted and not signed a FA contract. I believe Stallman and Wyers both signed. I don't think Sully, Frei or Vito were drafted and to my knowledge did not sign FA contracts. If so, any chance we could get them back? I'd take all 3.

Question is were they redshirted? If they were, can't play.

The ruling is if you were in the high school class of 2022, you're eligible to play this season. Those guys aren't.

From doing some quick research it looks like Sully had a medical redshirt while at USC Upstate. Frei was redshirted his frosh year at UNA but Vito was not been redshirted.

Looks like Vito graduated HS in 2021 so that would cancel him out as well.

O’Conner comment was our roster is set & he likes it. Not completely ruling something out if some star just wants to transfer in. But I doubt it.

I don’t pay a lot of attention to pro scouting, but I would think Uttermark would be a prospect. What’s the deficiency??

Strike out rate is extremely high but that's not uncommon these days. Course it would get even higher in pro ball.

Still at his age he probably needs to go pro. Where was he drafted? Not that I care much who they get or don’t get. I agree with O’Connor. I like our roster as is. And I feel confident no matter who anyone else has.

And? There are tons of former D-league players in college basketball. Ole Miss just yesterday announced the return of 2 football players that had been in NFL camps all summer. I don't know if Beavis & Weyers want to come back, but I highly doubt them having signed UDFA deals would prevent them from getting eligible in today's landscape.

Their lineups situational hitting last year was abysmal. It was either Strikeout or Homerun
