you'd think he'd have a great shot at the NFL....
If his make percentage was a little higher maybe, the pros want super high make percentage.

But Drew misses most of his from the hashes and in the pros the hash marks are so close together it makes the long ones almost straight on and most of them straighter

Okay I don't understand your title at all on this one. Stevens is good on 17- 21 from 60+ yards. I don't remember him kicking more then 1 field goal over 60. We can all guess how much past the goal post his kicks might be, but they don't count as recorded field goals at the distance were guessing them at. Just like any other kicker. And yes he has a big leg. Unfortunately he missed several 40+ yarders this last year or so.
It's a byproduct of Fran constantly editing titles of posts. The initial post was about fall camp where he hit 17-21 from 60+

Looks like he's gotten a lot stronger mentally.

Welcome to the NFL, Drew!
Hope he does well in the league. As to your comment, no one knows anything about his being "mentally stronger" until he' lined up for a game winner from when they're playing actual games. He had a great career at Iowa, but he also had stretches where he missed what should have been "chip shots" for him.
