Probably needs to be much higher. A recent NY TIMES article (linked, but might have a paywall) estimated the average cost of an SEC basketball roster this year is $18 MM. So, take whatever you think we spend on football, add $15 to 18 MM for basketball, some big number for baseball, and add in money for non revenue sports. Thats what our overall NIL budget needs to be just to have a shot at middle of pack in the SEC.
