What a bunch of doofuses. How long did they think they were going to get away with it when they were bringing in pledges and making them part of the operation?

If anybody wants to read about some really wild drug related stuff, look up Ryan Wedding. He was a 2002 Canadian Winter Olympic athlete who eventually became a high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel.

How did they possibly think that an entire fraternity wouldnt have leaks somewhere. That's entirely too many people, especially too many amateurs to do a drug ring.

Funny story. This sort of happened at my school. Somehow, by a stroke of sheer luck, an entire wing of a dorm was comprised of like 10 of the biggest druggies in our class. And each of them, again by sheer luck, all dabbled in dealing something different. So you could literally walk down this wing and any of the 7 or 8 dorm rooms would deal you coke, weed, molly, shrooms, pills, etc. You name it.

And of course, this operation didnt even last a year before like half of them got busted and expelled.

Man that sounds a hell of a lot better than my freshman dorm experience in Haggin Hall

As the sun rose over the cupolas of Manhattan College on the morning of May 8, officers of the Bronx Narcotics Division were already poised on campus. At 6:30 a.m. they struck, rousting sleeping students in the Jasper Hall dormitory and arresting six for possession and sale of cocaine, LSD and marijuana. They confiscated a pound of marijuana and an ounce of cocaine.

Is there another big 4 conference team east of the Mississippi River that is more in the middle of nowhere then Penn State?

In my freshman dorm experience ('85), we had water fights and watched MTV.

Honestly, thats mostly like what our student body was. Drinking for sure because of the bars/clubs in NYC, but pretty normal otherwise. Which is why it's so insane that out of a class of like 800 students, 10 of these guys all just happened to be placed in the same dorm, on the same floor, and on the same wing.

There was a good documentary called Cocaine Quarterback on Prime a while back about Owen Hanson. A USC QB, he went from selling steroids to running coke for the Sinaloa Cartel. Good doc if it's still on there. He's since turned his life around.
That doc is amazingly good.

An absolutely CRAZY story!!! I love stuff like this and his story is one of the more unbelievable stories out there. The Sports Reporters did a show on it a while back. Check it out. I linked the ESPN article too. I would 100% expect to see a doc about this in the near future.
