What improvements do you want to see this season, with the team as a whole or player?

I want to see Sellers step up in the pocket instead of immediately dropping back six steps after getting the snap in the gun.

I think most of anyone's concerns with the offense will be solved by fixing the OL. Any deficiencies we have/had on offense are exacerbated by the non-existent OL.

Sellers like dropped back so much b/c he knew was going to be under instant pressure most every snap. Hanging in the pocket simply wasn't an option for him much of last year.

I want to see better pass protection by the OL, and a running game that's at least serviceable! If we need a yard, can we just run the ball and pick up 3?!?

Yep. The main reason Sellers took off running so much was because he HAD to. Think back to Rattler, who didn't have anything close to the elusiveness of Sellers. That Texas A&M game in 2023 comes to mind when we ended three straight drives with Rattler chucking the ball into the air while trying to flee their defenders and getting intentional grounding penalties.

I my opinion the further back you go the more difficult it is for the tackles to contain the edge. Tackles are slow as a mule when compared to edge guys and giving the edge rusher a straight line to the QB is a recipe for failure.

The same thing I want every year, and only get about once in a decade (except for Spurrier's best years, thank you Steve):

To be competent and competitive and at least "in the game" whether we win or lose, and not look like a clown show.

With the exception of Vanderbilt (eek) and Oklahoma, that pretty much describes last season.

Then I'm not communicating what I mean. We definitely didn't look competent last year.

Offense (last or near-last in SEC)
Total yards/game: ~307.5 (16th/last in SEC; ~116th nationally).
Scoring (points/game): 22.7 (15th in SEC; ~103rd nationally).
Rushing yards/game: ~112.2 (14th in SEC; ~120th nationally). Yards per rush were poor (~3.2–3.3).
Passing yards/game: ~195.3 (13th in SEC; ~90th nationally).

Struggled with third-down conversion (~31%), sacks allowed (high, often near last), and red-zone efficiency.

The offense ranked last or near-last in points per drive in conference.

Defense (more respectable but still mid-to-lower half in SEC)
Total yards allowed/game: ~342.2 (11th in SEC; ~56th nationally).
Scoring defense (points allowed/game): 22.1 (10th in SEC; ~45th nationally).
Rushing yards allowed/game: ~136.7 (11th in SEC; ~48th nationally).
Passing yards allowed/game: ~205.6 (7th in SEC; ~63rd nationally).

I would like to see our secondary not give up so many open deep passes. I would also like to see our LB's be as good as advertised. Also, I would not like to see Kendall Briles call a sweep on 4th and 1.
