I think both of them (i.e., both Mace and her constituent) looked bad, and childish, in that video. But she is a member of Congress. She should have simply walked out of there or found some other way to avoid having that discussion devolve into a "Phuck you" contest. She compounded it by going back to her home or office and putting the whole interchange up on the Internet. Not her proudest moment, to say the least. Reminds me a bit of when she went off on airport employees at the Charlotte Airport.
