It's weird that they named the surgery after him that guys nowadays get it to make their arm stronger and he was a junk ball pitcher.

TJ was one of the best pitchers I ever watched. His curveball was wicked and he struck out over 2000 batters.

Really enjoyed watching him pitch. He pitched with a purpose you could see in his demeanor…. Watched him pitch many games…

Hunter Greene paying tribute to the late great Tommy John with yet another surgery.

I don't know what we could realistically get in trade for him at this point, but I'm ready to cut bait. The guy hasn't pitched a single season in its entirety since joining the Reds in '22. Enough.
