I was thinking of trying to attend this game. Unfortunately I need to be home on the 20th so I’m trying to plan the logistics. Since the game time is still “TBD” does anyone know when they typically determine game times?

Not really understanding your question.? you need to be home on the 20th. Where is home? The game is on the 17th .

Is that fire or flood season in Cali? You might factor that into your drive time...

I’m just wanting plan if I have a few hours to drive south on the 17th. If it’s a night game I won’t even try to drive any length of time as I hope to be spent from yelling for my Huskers. 🙌

reserve the hotel for the night after the game---if it turns out to be an early game---cancel the room for the 17th or keep the reservation for the 17th have some beverages at the clubs in Eugene with all the ducks fans and leave after check out on the morning of the 18th and you will still arrive in SD on the late evening of the 18th or early morning on the 19th.

Let them know who’s boss - confidently walk through the pre-game tailgate festivities with a dead duck in each hand. Report back.

I've tailgated there and have gone to some of their local bars pre and post game. Not a bad vibe--a fair amount of passive aggressive folks. So long as you aren't wearing any UW husky gear your not going to get too much of a rise out of the folks there.

So if you DO want to get some aggressive feed back wear purple and gold. BTW a very large amount of their fans arrive to the game via bicycle.

It is all I-5 driving and it should be too early for the Siskiyou Mountains in Southern Oregon to have snow. Good Luck in Eugene. My experience with Duck fans is they act like rabid dogs.
