A cab at Local Whiskey.

Jesus bro.
Yes Sir, a Cab, or a Malbec or a Pinot Noir, ****, Carmenier if they have it, which they most certainly do not. Unfortunately. Did Tgar poo poo the idea of having a proper cocktail prior and after? No, no he did not. And while an unpopular take, at this point due to inbreeding, most craft beers are overrated if not down right undrinkable. Always enjoy whiskey or cocktail should the experience allow and drink like a civilized person when enjoying a quality cheesesteak.

Zenophile merely found the concept of ordering a Pinot at a whiskey joint in the name of civilized drinking worthy of further examination.

Cheers to Ernie’s magnificent cheesesteak.

John's Roast Pork is the best one I've had but I have never been to Del Rossi's or Angelo's and really want to try them.

Dalessandro's was our go-to for a long time but them have gone down hill in my opinion and I have started to try other places with JRP being the best I've had so far. The roast pork sandwich is pretty special too

I have heard John’s Roast pork makes a good one as well as Skinny Joey’s. I’ll try Uncle Gus’ next time in Philly at the RTM, a joint effort between DiNic’s, Pearl Oyster Bar, and Angelo’s.
I've had JRP several times, they are good. A friend just got back from Skinny Joey's and they weren't fans. Said the bread wasn't very good?

I voted for Angelos, but wanna try John's Roast Pork and DelRossi's, as I have heard good things. I thought Delassandro's was average. Lorenzo's in West Chester is pretty good, too.

John’s Roast Pork. Amazing. If you’re with others, I recommend getting a cheesesteak and a roast pork and splitting them. Two amazing sandwiches. Their hours are quirky, but the sandwiches are delicious.
Yes, good call. Pork sandwiches are excellent.

All good and my apologies for being a bit harsh. Alas, now that season is almost here and the students are back along with everyone else, it will be hard to find a table to enjoy that sandwich.
