Both guys were at practice this morning but not in pads. At least they were out there on the field. Sounds like a positive to me.

The NCAA is fighting hard. Some barber shop talk I heard this morning.

"Best thing is for State & OM to come together since they're leading the way"

"Who'd thunk it the 2 MS schools defying the NCAA"

"The SEC needs to have their backs but I don't trust that Stankey feller"

Given recent results on the field and in the courts, I doubt OM is incentivized in any way to partner with us in conquering NCAA issues.

Yes, much unlike their day to day lives, OM fans don’t like the bend over approach when it comes to the NCAA

Tom Mars says there is a good chance the Tenth Circuit will reverse the injunction. Not due to the merits of the case, but because the Tenth Circuit does not like preliminary injunctions. (Mars clerked for a Tenth Circuit judge).

But the NCAA also faces preliminary injunctions issued in 3 or 4 state courts, and those would be unaffected by a 10th Circuit reversal. Brandon Sneh's injunction came from a Texas case.

Meanwhile, a Michigan court has ruled that ALL NCAA eligibility rules violate Michigan's state antitrust laws.

The Colorado case is particularly scary, even if the injunction is lifted. The logic the Judge used was basically "more eligible players means higher pay". That would fall in line with the Michigan ruling that the NCAA cannot limit eligibility.

Baylor had a player drafted into the NBA and Bama pulled one out of the G League so mini-camp and indoor ball shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, but we have never been treated the same was by the ncaa as those two schools. I know that everything is changing, but I'm sure that the ncaa will use us as a spot to try to make a stand.
