Not well versed in law, does filing the suit mean they’re presenting the case right now and then a verdict will be given tomorrow?

I'm sure nearly everyone knows more about it than I do, but listening to Matt Jones this morning, he said because it was filed as an emergency, that the judge can issue a decision from the bench. He thought because the judge is a UL fan, and because the lawsuit also includes some UL football players, that a decision would happen soon. The transmission was scratchy because I was in the sticks - my radio went in between KSR and a religious channel. You could check out the podcast and see what MJ had to say.
It would be nice if the judge would rule on this asap. It just seems like everything takes so damn long to get answered. IDK, I guess I’m old and impatient!
One of the best shows ever.
