Considering he didn't play, would that make him eligible?Almost positive the Wizards publicly announced he signed an exhibit 10, NCAA is pretty stalwart that that automatically disqualifies you. Wait and see situation
Pretty sure the Colorado judge that gave the blanket 5th year said that all other NCAA rules stand, one of the big rules was that you couldn’t have signed an exhibit 10Considering he didn't play, would that make him eligible?
Every outlet is reporting g that he did not sign with the Wizards, but I'm sure you're right.Almost positive the Wizards publicly announced he signed an exhibit 10, NCAA is pretty stalwart that that automatically disqualifies you. Wait and see situation
This guy was at UNC-CHeats for 4 years? He must have like six PhDs...The Wizards announced he signed a contract with them. If true, he isn't eligible. But Louisville fans say he didn't actually sign the contract.
I know he's not a superstar, but he was a 4 year player at UNC. I Flippin hate that the NCAA has put us in this situation, leaving the eligibility of 5th year players up in the air. Because that's the only reason I may have to see Seth wearing a dang Louisville jersey in 2 conference games against Carolina next season.
I personally hope he cashes a big Louisville NIL check, and then the NCAA rules him ineligible
I think that's exactly what UL wants to find out. Let's stack the roster, and see what Kelsey can do. If he underachieves, then maybe they need to start looking elsewhere.Pat Kelsey with another off season championship. Let's see if he can finally get a top 25 win this year.
Don’t worry guys, Pope will continue to zoom call recruits and waste our time and resources only end up saying “They wasn’t beautiful enough to fit our roster.”
This is where I am at as well. And why I am hoping Kelsey does just enough to stay. The midget is John Calipari light without the accomplishments.I think that's exactly what UL wants to find out. Hard not to be worse than a lottery pick and high second rounder.Either way, their guards are still a notch below Conwell and Brown (counting him because he did play against us) last year
Yeah, feels planless. He'll goof it up.Call me crazy, but Kelsey seems to be doing the Pope approach from last year. Zero shooters in the back court when his system relies heavily on the three. Maybe he’s moving away from that approach, but having no returning coaches from last year and coaching a brand new system screams red flag to me. Will be curious to see how it works out
they shot 34 3s in the Bahama game and hit 41%. They have shooters and are running the same system. They now also have an interior game that was missing last year.Call me crazy, but Kelsey seems to be doing the Pope approach from last year. Excuse my ignorance, but a one game sample size against a team similar to a low division one team doesn't move the needle for me. I would rather look at career average for their players and would come to a different conclusion.they shot 34 3s in the Bahama game and hit 41%. They have shooters and are running the same system. No it doesn't but you would think if he was running a different offense they wouldn't be using the old one to start the year. 35% is a good average from 3. The only surprising stat I saw from that game was Bidunga having 4 assists.Excuse my ignorance, but a one game sample size against a team similar to a low division one team doesn't move the needle for me. Shelstad - 35.1%
Wooley - 38.7% (35% at UL)
Knox - 36%
Montgomery - 34%
Foigueras - 35.8%
Trimble - 29..8%
Johnson - 32.8% (G League)
They don't have a player with a career average over 36% playing against power 4 level competition. 41% against a Bahamas team made up of ??? doesn't scream "shooters" to me.
Did Kelsey's son follow him on Instagram?Trimble averaged 14.0 ppg and 3.8 rpg 3.0 ast ..He had the highest vertical jump at the combine 43.5 inches
Burned UofL last year.Seems like Kelsey doesn't believe his guards are good enough. A desperation move.
Goodman said they gave Trimble $3 million. Truly do believe as said above the Louisville is giving Kelsey the best team money can buy to see if he is worth keeping around. The fans may say he's reignited the program, but one tournament win in 2 years doesn't instill too much confidence in the athletic department. Early flame out this year or not being in the top 4 of the ACC and they are sending him packing. How much $$ do they have?
Where is it coming from?
and if any of that mattered he would be in the nba. instead he is playing for a 5th year with a career 27% 3FGTrimble averaged 14.0 ppg and 3.8 rpg 3.0 ast ..He had the highest vertical jump at the combine 43.5 inches
You all will need high jumpers with a midget center.Trimble averaged 14.0 ppg and 3.8 rpg 3.0 ast ..He had the highest vertical jump at the combine 43.5 inches
PoopoopeepeeThis little bro fan can’t stand that Pope has been more successful at UK than the midget has at UL. Your tears are delicious!![]()
7’3 wingspan Bidunga has and a 40.5 vertical jump..Compared to Moreno 7’1 wingspan and a 29 inch vertical he has..What that mean is Bidunga can get about a foot over Moreno..Ekezie is 7’2 and has a 7’5 wingspan,Dynes is 7’5 and a 7’8 wingspanYou all will need high jumpers with a midget center.
Dude, why are you debating UK fans on their board?Trimble averaged 14.0 ppg and 3.8 rpg 3.0 ast ..He had the highest vertical jump at the combine 43.5 inches
dynes wont even make it down the court to guard anyone. kid couldnt even play in the bahamas.7’3 wingspan Bidunga has and a 40.5 vertical jump..Compared to Moreno 7’1 wingspan and a 29 inch vertical he has..What that mean is Bidunga can get about a foot over Moreno..Ekezie is 7’2 and has a 7’5 wingspan,Dynes is 7’5 and a 7’8 wingspan
