I hope Zoom can inject some spark in the offense. We were very easy to guard last year mostly due to no point guard. No movement and too much standing around. Would like to see more screens away from the ball. We shall see what this year brings.
Zoom Diallo is quite a bit bigger and stronger (appearing anyway) than I thought. His size and movement reminds me of Aberdean but with the addition of much better PG skills and feel for the position. He’s not going to be as quick and flashy as a healthy Lowe would have been last season, but I would love a PG in the vain of Lamont Butler – if Diallo can be closer to that. For example, his rebounding and bullying going to the rim will be positives. If he can use that size to bother opposing PGs and keep turnovers down, I think he could be a good one.

I dont see why the NCAA is being so stubborn on this. They should have included the seniors from this past season and just moved forward.

To date the courts have consistently sided with the player the majority of the time. I think the Alabama guy was just anomaly and his case was poor. Time is running out though to resolve this.

Kudos to the agents for Aberdeen, Hall and the like. They thought outside the box and had their guys in the portal. Should be an interesting August.

Real question is even if mark mitchell and uk came to an agreement would they wait until he enters a separate state court case and becomes transfer eligible? If so that could be a while
