Thats the reason he left Althoff. I think he realized qb wasnt a position he was going to play at the next level. And Althoff couldnt afford for him not to play QB.

We have a Big Studd sophomore who is likely the better QB, and it is better that he get the reps now. Ellington is a DB - he can get some high-end reps at ESL that Althoff could not provide.
Here you go, Happy Friday. It was a true competition. Don't know how much rope he will get as the Plainfield East QB looked pretty good I was told, but as I told people months ago, he came to MC just wanting to compete for the spot, he wasn't recruited or seeked out as others claimed, he just came and asked for a shot. We'll see who is the QB at the end of the season but for now, it looks like Startz. Hope he can play QB like his brother played LB for MC.

was right. Barring injuries, I believe Ryan D’Andrea will be seeing the field as a WR.
I wish he was a troll cause then it would be funny but he is just sad at this point.
I have no idea what type of football acumen he has. But if im the HC or AD at Antioch theres no way im allowing him to coach fb anymore. He's embarrassing. And has the same mentality most coaches try and coach out of young players.
Just to let you all know MC went without full pads on Tuesday and Wednesday so we are now officially behind you all! Now back to our regularly scheduled program......one more week!
Probably no more then the Flyers do I'm 100% sure! I'm sure they have never broke a rule

I was at the last one at ISU....was a great time. I think MC wins with relative ease.

Well, That makes one of us, lol. I think ESL comes out strong. Not sure how MC’s offense is gonna perform out the gate. Lynch always has the team ready tho. I just don’t see anything easy about this game.

Nah, a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the players and they were asked what ONE game are you looking forward to this year ALL replied ESL. No pause. No mention of a CCL division game. Didn’t bring up a game against someone they grew up with and are still friends. No mention of a national opponent. Obviously this was filmed for ESPN to promote their upcoming game.
