I like Mysaria's accent. It has changed a ton from season to season and sounds nothing like from season 1, oddly enough.

Edit: AI says:
"Mysaria's accent shifted from a heavily criticized, ambiguous, and heavily dubbed-sounding dialect in Season 1 to a softer, more grounded European-influenced tone in Season 2, with further adjustments expected as Season 3 production continues.

Actress Sonoya Mizuno revealed that Season 1's jarring sound was due to a late-stage decision by producers to completely alter her voice via automated dialogue replacement."

Ok, so I wasn't crazy.

I think that’s Alicent’s cousin but could be wrong. I believe the kid is Darron (spelling?) who is alicent’s son. He was made a ward for reasons I don’t know.
I assume it was covered in some scene in some episode, but I thought Alicent sent Daeron off to protect him from her other sons, who are scum bags and crazy. She didn't realize that Ormund is pretty freaking crazy, too.

Good episode. Lots of action obviously. I'm getting a little confused by R and her monologuing in front of the masses about the threat from the North.
I loved the scene with Alys revealing who she is, and then the follow on scene with Aegon and Aemond. For some reason, Aegon is becoming likable.
I did love Ormund wrenching twice during the episode. Dark Knight vibes as Roddy gets his arm chopped off, but somehow finishes off Ormund with a defiantly pithy retort.
I do need to rewatch it to look for stuff I missed, and to think about where things will go. We see 3 dragons flying off. Ulf was on one, who else, if anyone was on the other dragons? Will we see more shifting of alliances? Does Hugh stay loyal seeing as it was Ulf who led to the death of his beloved Kat? Did Daeron live? Yeah, had to.

It looked like Caraxes and Vermithor were chasing Silverwing.

It was supposed to be the secret Visyris told her but for whatever reason she decided to spill the beans to all the poors.

So I wonder if all the poors in that scene die soon. Otherwise, you would think this would become common knowledge in GOT and not some precious secret going forward passed down from Targaryen heir to Targaryen heir. Come to think of it, I am not sure why they wouldn't that to become common knowledge. Hey Westerosis, you want to not die from the the threat to the north beyond the wall? Keep us on the throne.

Yes, but, did they have riders? We last saw Daemon on foot. The Hammer was carrying his wife's corpse. Did Daeron and Hammer climb up on their dragons and give pursuit?

I was discussing the episode with some of the MILFs at the gym today, and we were discussing how much of the big battle scene was CGI, and we talked about how much of the horse scenes were CGI? Especially when the arrows are flying and the pikes being wielded. There was a gal who is a bit of a nut next to us, and she chimed in, "They don't actually kill the horses during filming". Oh, good to know. That would be messy and expensive.

I did some binge watching of the 2nd and 3rd season in the past week and half to catch up to last night, and I don't take pleasure in saying it but this television show has gotten pretty bad.

It's like there's just enough breadcrumbs of decent writing and effects to keep you going, but if you look too close it all turns to ****. Just like the main series, it's very obvious where the source material stops and the tv writers start.

Also, not enough boobies. Shameful what they've done to Martin's vision of boobies in every episode.

R looked a little rugged when she went to the Sept. Heavy on the eye liner or something. It was a new, weird look. Not a very touching bit of mothering.
Larys? Is he done for as a character? I feel like he should come slithering back attempting to get back in Aegon's good graces.
Was Daemon experiencing regret at the end of the battle? He torched 2 kids at the gate, and he sees all of the destruction around him... Besides the obvious concussion he had, he seemed a little introspective.

Or even attractive characters. Not one good looking chick on the show. It’s like they went out of their way to find homely women to cast.

Bc she already had 2 sons and wanted one to have a Hightower influenced upbringing.

I loved the monologue. It was like something that sounded good in her head and something she always wanted to share, but it was really raw and rushed and not well organized at all.

Some real “FK IT WE’LL DO IT LIVE” shid

Did you ask her if any of the human actors lived?
