Congrats to NU's own Peter Skoronski who just signed a 4-year $100 million extension ($88 million guaranteed) with Tennessee to become the highest paid guard in the NFL.

So NU has the highest paid tackle(Slater) and guard (Skoronski) in the league-nice
Darnell Wright has a bigger contract now than Slater, by a couple mil I think
Also the best OL coaches.

Slater is back at left tackle for the Chargers along with Alt at RT. Both were injured and out for the season early last year so Charger fans hope both top notch tackles can stay healthy this season. Slater had a slight scare earlier this week at practice when he went to the blue tent out of precaution. He’s ok.

Yea I enjoyed watching those two play. They have amazing potential to protect Herbert if they stay healthy.
