Lindsay Scott could have been listed for MSU also. If Florida wins that game in 1980, MSU @ 9-2 (5-1) goes to the Sugar Bowl instead of Georgia. MSU & Georgia would have been tied in the SEC standing and did not play.

Agree. I don’t remember those Ole Miss players, those plays, or anything about that game really. We had already peaked and were already on the downward slide.
