I think it will be $10M+ per year. Per Keli’s letter she said she is signing an 8 figure deal. So that will be $10M+ unless her 8 figure is the entire deal ($5M x 5 years) is $25M.

You can be sure the eight figures is over the life of deal. $5M or higher is a surprisingly good deal

The letter says an eight-figure investment in NIL. Every power conference school is doing that. The 2026-7 NIL limit schools can pay their athletes is $21.3 million per school.

It’s the entire deal. No way we are getting $10M+ a year. Doubt she was talking about this specific deal though in a newsletter. She’s never mentioned it publicly to my knowledge and is savvy enough to not talk about figures u til they happen. She was likely referencing NIL/revenue sharing.

Agreed, that would put Rutgers in like the top third of the conference for jersey patch deals and unfortunately the brand is nowhere near that strong.

If we’re wrong, start erecting a statue for her.
