I ate with and watched the 1995 Nebraska-Colorado game with Herman at a hotel in Orlando.
I can't remember how many times he said about Tommie Frazier after another completion: "He can't pass. Everybody knows he can't pass." He really enjoyed beating the Puffs.
When the check came, he said, "Nobody approves my Expense Report."
When he ran for President, I thought his "9-9-9" Plan had some merit. It never had a chance when the sexual harassment/affair claim was made.
