Why not make it legal for all players (from the founding of the NCAA till now) receive a 5th year.My question is, why fight it? Exactly what is lost by letting last year's seniors have an extra year. That's exactly what the NCAA is giving every athlete going forward so why must not just go ahead and let that be the case for last year's seniors too? I'm starting to think that the NCAA has an absolute **** legal team that can't see the forest for the trees. Seriously, has the NCAA won one legal battle in the last half decade?
