These effing judges around the nation do what they wish and cause unnecessary chaos.

They are NOT Legislators but they absolutely Legislate from the Bench. Which makes them criminals. They actually go against and break written law even disobeying Supreme Court rulings. These judges must be brought under review and removed.

The game of CFB continues to be ruined.
It’s judges that are ruining it. This particular ruling is creating utter chaos and confusion in college football at the moment. Transfer rules and roster limits may or may not have been suspended with the ruling. Last night’s update that the B1G and SEC finally agree to the latest iteration of protect college sports act is great news. It’s not perfect, but it creates stability and a system that all have to follow. That act is really good for PSU. We’re not up to the monetary limits in the act yet, but we eventually will be and we’ll be on more even ground with our competitors again. In any case, more on the judges ruling last night…
