Sumrall's response was sorta funny, but if you think about it for more than 10 seconds being a freak who likes to smell women's feet and a guy who likes to get pedicures really have nothing to do with each other.

Sumrall is doing more than I expected to push attention. Between faking rage at the reporter for a cell phone and now this. Not sure what to make of it.

This goes along with my theory that sports needs to be shifted a bit because while baseball is popular, it can't hold its own after the NBA and NHL Playoffs are over. Baseball is brutal to discuss. It's just numbers, percentages, averages, and talking about a player out because of a bruise on his thumb or a small cut on his hand.

Turn March Madness into May Madness
Begin college football a couple weeks earlier and with playoff expansion January is still covered
The NBA goes from Nov to July instead of Oct to June and begin Summer League in August
