I said this in another group text - Freddy is getting annoying. Hope he comes though so we can be in whatever spotlight he brings.

Freddy really doesn’t tweet much. Once a day or so not counting responses.
It’s probably the cult that’s built around him that’s annoying.
Honestly, if I’m just impartially looking for the most interesting game to be played in MS this fall, it’s LSU in Oxford.

That's not a very accurate map. I can assure you that my area is not Middle Tennessee country.
I defended Freddy early on, but I’m starting to have some questions. The World Cup trip could not have been cheap, so where did the money and all that time off come from?
If he is not an industry or USA plant, then he has realized he can make a fortune off Americans as an influencer and is probably about to make this his full-time home. Ride that wave while it lasts.
I can hear him now, "Why is your stadium almost empty and not full of MSU fans like the World Cup was full for their countries fans?"

If he’s young and has the time/wherewithal to go down that road, I don’t blame him or care.
A quick google search tells me the minimum required paid leave in Germany for a 5 day a week worker is 20 days. 24 if you work 6 day weeks. With most companies giving 25 to 30. Plus up to about 6 weeks of paid sick leave.
There's a Japanese guy that keeps coming back to Dallas and doing exactly that. He got the most engagement in Dallas, because the influencers were hanging out with him, and he's been back 4 times. Hell, he just came back this week and the WC has been over for 2 weeks.
