Buying football tickets

It’s been a long time (probably 2018-19) since I’ve been to a home game, and would like some advice on purchasing tickets. I’ll be attending the September 19th game against Buffalo. I see that there are plenty of tickets for sale, on the Nittany Lion app. What do I need to be careful about? I know paper tickets are a thing of the past. Any advice, for an old guy like myself, will be much appreciated. I’ll probably be looking for tickets on the west side of the stadium, to avoid the relentless sun, if it’s a beautiful sunny day!

I'd wait until the day of the game, and you'll get them under face value. It makes many uneasy to head up there without tickets, but you'll save yourself $$$ and have no problem getting them last minute.

I’d be somewhat uncomfortable going to the Beav without tickets just because the WiFi is so bad it’s hard to transfer and receive tickets on your phone.

If you're only going for one game, treat yourself and enjoy the game.........pay a little more for good seats.
