Cruz‘s quote could apply to Trump too considering the insider trading and the socialist investment in Intel. I Honestly don’t see that much difference between the oligarchy in Russia (which pays Putin) and the oligarchy in the US (which pays Trump).

Both leverage Christian nationalism as a way to engender support from the rubes. Wave a flag, exploit the Bible and you will get plenty of loyal supporters willing to let you skim off the top.

It is sick. It is un-American and it is happening right in front of our eyes.
