I would expect increased security.

This is one game not state that I am excited about it will be crazy in the Grove and God forbid ole miss loses they will riot in the streets! I hope Lane wins by 30 and does the shark salute all the way out of the stadium.

That all depends on the wording of the contract but it’s been my experience that whichever side has the most money to throw at the suit, wins.
an Ole Miss Alumnus as Judge will raise those odds significantly as well. LSU has a law school too, so this could get as interesting as the game itself

Depends on where the case is heard. If it turns out to be Pittsboro, those kids ain't playin! ********
They will just get an injunction in Baton Rouge that lets them play. That's where all this is heading. There is no central authority in college sports anymore.

No matter how "toxic" it gets the corn dogs will show up . Being "toxic" towards them is like wrestling a pig in the mud .

It'll be interesting what kind of entourage Louisiana sends with Kiffin and the team .

I think it will make the yellow mustard/yellow golf ball game, child’s play. (For you slow Packers, that was TSUN at Knoxville.)
Few of my buddies were talking about bringing batteries in to throw at Lane

No injunctions. UMiss is just seeking money. They cannot stop the guys from playing for LSU.

Tell them you think it's a great idea, but that's not really even going far enough. Maybe they should even plot to murder him. Riot in the streets. Or hey - it's been a while, why not another lynching in the squaaar.

It makes sense - he is a football coach who took a better job, after all. You don't insult the good name of olemiss and the fine people of oxford like that and get away with it alive. Dumb ol Lane deserves whatever terrible things they can think of to do to him. Hitting him in the head with batteries should be the least violent thing they do, or else they are just chickenshit pansies. They need to show the world just how important olemiss football really is.

That could be a good way to spend a few nights in jail. And potentially lose your job.
If i had to guess they’ll do nothing when the time actually comes. Was just funny hearing them talk about it

I doubt they will. But that's one of those things that 20 years ago you could do and no one would ever know. But today? Very good chance they ID you, arrest you, put your name all over the Internet, then people find out who your employer is and start putting their name all over the Internet.

He better have a big time police escort on the drive in, because those Ole Miss people will be trying to “drive him off the road” again. And Marty Smith will be camped out in a tent for a week trying to get an interview.
