His logic makes no sense, even if you can't use it for NIL you have multiple facility upgrades you're doing, paying coaches, using the money from the sponsor deal in the RevShare cap so you can use the RevShare cap money for something else. I'm guessing Troy couldn't get a lucrative enough offer this year and so he just didn't sign any.
I will agree with that. We marvel at the deal Ohio State got and what an SEC school is doing with luxury tailgaiting. Yet our team would be a 2+ TD underdog to either school and sports a 1-30 record against ranked opponents. I think we are delusional.
No wonder Nebraska has been sucking all these years, not enough convict mentality.
