There are many similarities between the two. For example: roster turnover, recruiting busts, not getting to watch a player develop over a college career, and players seemingly looking forward to their next jump. As a fan what are your thoughts, and which have you preferred or enjoyed more so far?

Personally, I’m pretty neutral. The one and done was a lot of fun when recruiting was rocking and rolling. You got to see some players develop over 2-3 years like Willie, Richards, Jones, the twins, Quickley, Poythress, and Lamb. Quite a lot of deep post-season runs. A lot of SEC champs but only one NC. It seems like NIL could be the same if recruiting starts to pick up consistently. NIL could also potentially lead to better end of season results by more ways of roster building and experience, though we haven’t seen a lot of that at UK yet. There's also the risk of players being poached or lost who just don't have a great first year or receive the playing time they want. It seems like amassing the talent of one and done era is a thing of the past but who knows with how Puke is operating.
