It’s been so painful to watch. As much as I hate to say it, it feels like this will be the end of the road for Boo’s NBA changes. Doesn’t mean he couldn’t make some decent coin overseas for a few years before using that NU degree for a “real job” but the NBA seems to be not attainable. Such a great guy, player, teammate but he hasn’t been able to click.

Would love to see him stick with the Bulls. They don't have much in the way of ballhandlers right now . . . . .

He played well for the Capitanes last year. This summer, his ball handling for the Bulls was generally solid, but his shooting has been pretty terrible. The Bulls could use him off the bench as a facilitator, but I'm not sure they were very impressed with his game - we can only hope.

He’s already been playing in non nba developmental leagues for like 18 months, this isn’t new news

Former Northwestern legend Boo Buie has signed with Glint Manisa Basket in Turkey after spending the past year in the G League, China's CBA and NBA Summer League. The Wildcats' all-time leading scorer now gets another opportunity to continue building his professional career overseas.

It is interesting to note that NU's leading scorers all had unusual shooting strokes- Shurna, Buie and Martinelli

I went to a Turkish league game in Istanbul last winter and it's really good basketball and they make good money, especially if he's living there. He's probably gonna make $3-400K and that might as well be $1MM in USD...

Playing basketball overseas sounds pretty sweet. Godspeed Boo Buie.

The two NCAA tourneys and first round victories were special for me as a fan. Especially getting to see them play up close in Brooklyn when they beat FAU.

I’ll always cheer #0 on.
