In a bizarre scenario, Duke signed on for a package of 3 non-conference games with Amazon Prime to broadcast, including vs Michigan at MSG. However, the Big Ten and FOX Sports have exclusive first rights to Big Ten team games in states where conference teams are, and adjacent states. Because NJ boarders NY, and MSG is in NYC, that would give Fox the rights.
They tried to move the game to the Marlins baseball stadium in Florida to get around it, but now the game had been cancelled altogether and Duke will play Texas Tech there instead.
