Jordan was a Carolina kid. He was going home. This seems odd for Lebron to do, but whatever. Not where I figured, but OK then.
This is like when Jordan played for the Wizards for a couple years post second retirement. A generational global superstar going to play for a random team to end his career.
They will have a better than average starting lineup - Tyrese Maxey, V.J. Edgecombe, Jaylen Brown, LeBron James, Joel Embiid
And he got an ownership stake in the Hornets.Jordan was a Carolina kid. He was going home. This seems odd for Lebron to do, but whatever.
Where do you think the Washington Wizards play basketball?Jordan was a Carolina kid. He was going home. This seems odd for Lebron to do, but whatever.
Ooof, I had in my mind he went to charlotte. Apologies for the poor memory. Did he have ownership in the wizards and was basically tired of watching young players not give their best and wanted to prove he could still play?Where do you think the Washington Wizards play basketball?
Ha, all good- I knew you were thinking Charlotte.Ooof, I had in my mind he went to charlotte. Apologies for the poor memory. Did he have ownership in the wizards and was basically tired of watching young players not give their best and wanted to prove he could still play?
still seems like an odd move for LeBron. What is he trying to prove?
Im surprised China still allows an NBA team called the "76ers"
Dang. Thats what I thought too.Ooof, I had in my mind he went to charlotte. Apologies for the poor memory. Did he have ownership in the wizards and was basically tired of watching young players not give their best and wanted to prove he could still play?

The google failed me on filling in the context here. Help a brother out?
Yeah, quite possibly. Like I posted earlier, that starting 5 is above average for sure.Ring chasing
There are many examples of China’s infiltration of our Western capitalistic culture, but you can research that objectively if you wish. That said, I will give you one single point of reference as it pertains to the NBA.The google failed me on filling in the context here. Help a brother out?
Don't you hate it when aggressive internet bullies like glfr have their facts in order and start twisting your jimmies?Ooof, I had in my mind he went to charlotte. Apologies for the poor memory. Ring chasing at the end of your career seems fine. Lebron can obviously still play and he can probably be much more effective as a role player. In a perfect world, it'd be cool to see starts past their prime embrace being a role player and mentoring the younger players on the team, even if that team wasn't going to be competing for a championship. But obviously that doesn't really make sense when you're not really associated with one team. And there's also an argument for clearing the way for the next generation to be the man without being in your shadow.Yeah, quite possibly. Like I posted earlier, that starting 5 is above average for sure.
And if he is ring chasing...well fair enough.
Complaining about competitive athletes chasing rings is always funny to see. I mean, what else would you expect? Any athlete that is good enough to be able to determine their fate should use that power and put themselves in the best position to succeed.
Wasn't he from West Philadelphia born and raised or am I getting mixed up with another famous person?Jordan was a Carolina kid. He was going home. This seems odd for Lebron to do, but whatever.
Eh….they all look the same.Wasn't he from West Philadelphia born and raised or am I getting mixed up with another famous person?
You posting on NBA topics should come with a perpetual disclaimer of the time you tried to pass off a no-call travel in a celebrity game as evidence of the NBA having a travel issue.Lefraud Jones could carry Larry Birds gym bag on a good day
Kevin Hart played in this game. Facinatingly, he is 2" taller than Muggsy Bogues.
