I remember driving through Noxapater one time and seeing a nice professionally made sign outside a body shop that said "Noxapter Body Shop"

I bet that's a whole different universe from Noxapater as far as channels and start times go too.

Like the good folks of Hooterville on Green Acres, their TV station (WPIX Channel 5) was in Pixley about 50 miles away and in a different time zone than Hooterville. They had a weather man and woman that were ALWAYS wrong too, Mildred and Walter I think were the names.

Green Acres makes me cringe when I hear that. My GF met Tom Lester in 1980 in Panama City .
Started a torrid love affair with.
She broke up with me when she got home..thinking she was moving to Hollywood.
Ole Eb dumped her..

I can't believe I got Noxapater and Nanih Waiya mixed up.

I knew your hometown, just had a brain fart.

Never been to Noxapater. I said I went to Chicago this Spring, in an earlier post. Am I missing out for my lack of curiosity? I doubt they have erected at placard saying, “BART was here.” When they do, I will surely turn off my rare trips down Hwy. 25 to look the place over.

That must've been the Sono Bello place ("my Mom body can now wear a bikini", even though I'm still rather fat).
