The chart says RU is tier 7 (very bottom).
Yeah, I just corrected that.
Don't agree with this.
The issue is we have an unknown/untested QB (Surace) or a transfer into a new system that showed some promise (Lonergan).

Better to be underestimated going in-nowhere to go but up!!!

Agree we can prove all of them wrong and have a very good QB year. He will have the best weapons we have seen in years: OL, WR, RB. It is always strange to see Iowa having terrible QBs yet always winning 8-9 games every year. Coaches

Shelby surmises a sorting of Top HC would yield similar ordering..but one could then flip the chart on its horiz. axis so that The Grifter would appear at the top. The Schianopoxers wouldn't understand the mirage and boast louder about Keep Choppin's greatness.

^ Man some people are weird on here. Anyway, I think this is a fair place to land given all the unknowns. I think by season end they land in that 5 range and have a very complimentary run game..but that's all TBD.

A great ground game might even make it higher than your 5 .
With the opponent looking to stop the run and less emphasis on going after RU's QB , giving him more time to find an open receiver.
