Best Winning %s in the BCS/CFP Era

What about the worst win percentages in this era? I want to see where Nebraska stands.
209-144
Nebraska is 209-144, so .592 and not far off the list. They were still really good in the early BCS years and consistently won 2/3 under Pelini. Now conference win percentage since they joined the B10 would be well south of .500. 57-72. I knew they were bad but one .500 or better conference record in the last 11 years is nearly impossible to pull off with their resources.
This seems suspect to me.
BYU has only been in the Big 12 for a couple of years, right?
I'm also surprised to see KSU on the list. I know they were good in the past, but I thought they were mostly mediocre for the last 10 years or so. (don't follow them so don't really know)
ND off the list is weird even though technically they are not P4 (but are specifically mentioned as being "in" if they meet a certain threshold)
(BTW, I don't think they should have special treatment, if they want in then they should join a conference IMHO)

I used to be mildly impressed with this statistic then I remember the embarrassing arse whippings delivered in the Big Ten Championship games. My mind has cruelly lumped the 2016 Rose Bowl shellacking from Christian McCaffery and Stanford in with that mental file.
