For what its worth, Nebraska is laughing at this on their forum.
Not sure what to make of that.
I imagine it's mainly laughing like Ralph Wiggum, "I'm in danger." If they can routinely lose (and sometimes embarrassingly) to a team that won't throw the ball...adding that dimension can't bode well for them.

Glad to see Kirk continues to invest in the offense. Welcome back, Coach Tom!

Agree. Our hall of fame coach understands the importance of an effective and efficient qb and passing game, even if some fans don’t. Our hall of fame coach realizes that defense, special teams, and offense are equally important, even if some fans don’t. He is smart enough to invest in the offense. That’s what hall of fame coaches do…seek to improve the weaknesses.

Personally, I trust our hall of fame coach….who witnesses the daily information and makes the correct calculus…over the message board know-it-alls.

What fan or poster doesn't understand the importance of an effective passing game? Seems most, actually even overvalue its importance.

I don't recall having ever heard KF say all 3 phases are equally important. He preaches the importance of all 3 phases working together. But quite clearly, KF built the program around defense and special teams

Luckily Kirk continues to bolster the offense understanding it's been lagging behind thanks to his son's failure. Not to mention a legend like Coach Moore seeing an opportunity to help as well. I trust two legends instead of ego-posters who hates our offense and its players, consistently posting lies in order to support their agenda. That's why I created a CSS code to permanently block people like that. They don't belong here anyway.

Always nice to know they're as stupid as they are ignorant. Our supposed "ancient offense" boatraced them in their own house. You'd think a decade and a half of *** beatings they'd get a clue? But that would assume they have any kind of shame.
Do they still like to brag about that farce ‘sell out’ record? 🤪

Is that before or after they laugh at their annual 4-8 record, no bowl game streak they had of like 15 year and their annual loss to the Hawks??

Talking about streaks, Little Debbie has lost 4 or more games in a season for an incredibly EMBARRASSING 22 consecutive seasons (2004-2025).

Considering their recent hires? I’d take that as a good sign for us.

You pull a George Costanza and do the opposite of whatever Nebraska thinks.

National Championships:
7: Minnesota
5: Little Debbie

Apparently Little Debbie's budget for football for 2026 is $29M.

Will not having "enough" money to pay players be Matt Rhule's excuse for all of the losing that is about to happen?

Speaking of Minnesota > Little Debbie,

If the new OL coach is competent that would help a lot.

Why did they hire the old OL coach? Oh yeah, I remember now. Rhule put one 5* recruit ahead of the team.

Little Debbie sports radio loves to critique and attempt to make fun of Kirk for some reason. Maybe they should be more concerned about how Kirk's teams, year after year, kick Little Debbie's a.ss

Frustrated fan. Ever seen any of those on this website? He's a Hawk fan though. Graduated from Muscatine high ,and St Ambrose college in Davenport. Walked out of his SAT exam before he was done, because he didn't want to miss the Iowa vs Michigan game.
